Ingredients:
- 5-6 cups bite-size broccoli
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Bring large pot of water to a boil while you trim broccoli and cut into small florets. When water starts to boil, put broccoli in and cook not more than 1-2 minutes (just until the broccoli turns bright green.) Immediately dump broccoli into a colander placed in the sink and let drain.
