We are very pleased to welcome the newest member of our Roy O'Brien Ford family: Amanda Smolinski. 

Amanda is a Chesterfield resident who is very excited to be one of our Service Advisors. One main thing that Amanda likes to do outside of work is to mentor youth, teens and college students both within her church's youth group that she volunteers for, as well as on her own.

Jim is a St. Clair Shores native and Lakeview High School graduate, and is excited for his easy commute to work that he now has. 

Jim comes to Roy O'Brien Ford with years of dealership experience. Starting in high school, he had worked as a porter, prep manager, and for the past 8 years has been in sales.

Ford is reaching new levels of innovation by researching alternatives to driving cars, such as bikes, public transportation, and apps. 

"It can make a material difference in people's lives by offering more choices and affordable and accessible mobility even if it is not a car." Developing electric-assist bikes is one way to achieve that. 

"The motorized bikes fold and fit into Ford vehicles. The electric assist ensures you don't get too sweaty on the trip, can handle hills and safety cross busy intersections or roundabouts."

Rebecca's Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
• 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cored
• 3 graham crackers, crushed, or as needed

Directions:

1. Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth; spoon into a piping bag or a resealabe bag with a corner snipped.
2. Fill cavities of cored strawberries with the cream cheese mixture. Dip filled side of strawberries in the crushed graham crackers to coat.
3. Enjoy!
