Alex's Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

October makes one year that Alex has been working at Roy O'Brien Ford. He is always bringing delicious treats in to the dealership, and this recipe is no exception. Even though we added it in to the recipe, Alex isn't a fan of horseradish, so he makes his cocktail sauce without it. We hope that you enjoy it!

Prep Time: 5 min. 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup of ketchup

• 2 Tablespoons horseradish

• 1/2 lemon

• 1 Tablespoon of Tabasco sauce, or to taste

• 1 Teaspoon of salt

• 1 Teaspoon of pepper

• Handful of finely chopped white of green onion

Directions:

1. In small bowl combine all ingredients. 

1. Chill and serve.
